We guarantee that all of our items are brand new and free of any defects. Sneakers sold on our site are 100% authentic or your money back. We will even pay for your return shipping!
Kickzstore.com will accept returns within 14 days of receiving your purchase. All items that are returned will be subject to an inspection. If an item is found altered with, used or physically damaged it will not be accepted for return. Original sales receipt must accompany returns.

Once we receive your return we will refund your purchase in full less shipping charges (if free shipping coupon or promotion was used at purchase time, $10 will be deducted from your refund) Buyer is responsible for return postage. We can exchange for any item that is available on our website. When returning a package, buyer is responsible for shipping both ways. If the item you are exchanging is of a higher value than you must cover the difference along with the return shipping charge. If it is of a lesser value we will credit your method of payment. All items must be returned within 14 days. In a case where an order is shipped incorrectly we will need to receive the item back so that we can verify that our store made the mistake, at which point we will refund you entire amount including price you paid for return shipping. All refunds will be done via the method of payment used when placing the order. Shipping charges are not refundable. If an Item is received after the 14 day period a 10% restocking fee will be applied. No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
