1. Damaged or Not as Described Items: If you receive an item that does not match its description or is damaged in any way, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.

2. Change of Heart or Size: If you wish to return an item due to a change of preference or for sizing reasons, you can do so within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility.

3. Final Sale Items: Please be aware that items marked as "final sale" are not eligible for return. Such items may include but are not limited to Quick-strike releases, special releases, and Pre-order items. Additionally, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

4. Return Conditions: To initiate a return, ensure that the item(s) are in new and unused condition, with tags still attached, and in their original packaging. Footwear must be in unworn condition, packed in its original shoebox, and placed inside a separate outer box for return.

5. Refund Process: Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the original order. Please note that all refunds are subject to a quality assurance check by upon receipt. If the item returned is found to be falsely claimed as defective, damaged, or not as described, the return label fee will be recharged and deducted from your refund.

6. Return Approval: reserves the right to decline the return of any merchandise that does not meet the return criteria or lacks the required return information specified in our return policy. In such cases, the product will be returned to you at your own shipping and handling expense. This policy is strictly enforced.
