If you receive and item that is not as described or an item that is damaged in any way we will provide you with a return shipping label. If you don’t like your item or just want a different size you may return your item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the purchasing price (At your own expense). Items marked as final sale will NOT be accepted for return processing. Finals sales items can be but not limited to Quick-strike, special releases, and Pre-order items. Shipping/handling charges are non-refundable.
The item(s) must be sent back in new and unused condition, with tags attached to merchandise and original packaging. Footwear must be in new, unworn condition, in its original shoebox, packaged in a separate outer box when returning.
Refunds will be returned to you by the method of payment you chose for the original order and can only be applied to the same credit card. All refunds are subject to quality assurance by Kickzstore.com upon receiving. If the quality check process determines that the return product was falsely claimed to be defective, damaged, or not as described, the return label fee will be reinstated and will be deducted from your refund amount.
Kickzstore.com reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not qualify and/or does not include all return information requested in Kickzstore.com's return policy. We will send the product back stating the reason for the denied return at your shipping/handling expense. There are no exceptions to this policy.
